How do we use the lunchbox service?
The reservation has to be made at least 3 business days before the delivery date. Kajiya is closed on Tuesday, so it is always better to make a reservation 1 week before the delivery date.
The lunchbox is delivered chilled, so the recipient must ensure it stays refrigerated after delivery. For example, if you are having it delivered to a hotel where you are staying, you need to make sure the hotel keeps it chilled upon receiving it.
Since Japan has strict hygiene regulations, the hotel may ask you to pick up the lunchbox immediately after delivery or advise you to consume it at your own risk. To avoid any issues, be sure to check with the hotel before placing an order with the lunchbox company.
