Their specialty is a food that uses locally grown seafood and vegetables, specializing shirasu and fresh seafood Sashimi fish on a bowl of rice, and cold Soba buckweat noodles with freshly fried vegetables.

Although they do not offer “Halal-certified” seasonings, they ensure offering the food using seasonings without any animal-derived ingredients, which is the most important thing to ensure the food is Muslim-friendly in Japan. Also, their non-halal meat is stowed and cooked by different utensils.
