Yamaguchi

Yamaguchi prefecture is located at the most eastern part of Honshu main island, with the capital of Yamaguchi city (山口).  Although the prefecture is located this far, the impact of this prefecture on the modern Japanese history is so huge.  They played an important role in getting back Emperor to its power, so that even now we have the biggest number of Prime Ministers from this prefecture.
