Hiroshima is the most known city in Chugoku region for their World Heritage site. The capital city is Hiroshima, and this city is well-known to the world for its tragedy of atomic bomb which ended World War 2.
The prefecture is also famous for oysters. It is said that the oysters from Hiroshima is bigger in size and creamy in taste, especially when they are on season. Thanks to the warm climate, they produce lots of fruits, too.
