Their business is to produce Halal groceries such as Bakso fishballs or dumplings, but their main product is Crispy Chicken skin, a very first Halal chicken skin snack in Japan, which we are going to talk about today.

Chicken skin snack is very popular in Japan. The skin can be served as Yakitori, chicken skewer with sweet and savory sauce, or made crispy in frying oil.
As Amalia Halal food is run by an Indonesian, the company has added Indonesian spice on it to make it unique.
There are 4 flavors: Original, Nori seaweed, spicy and black pepper.
How is their taste?
We have tried Original flavor this time. The flavor comes from special spices from Indonesia, such as coriander, turmelic and garlic.
The chicken skin is carefully chosen and fried to crispy texture. The snack can be consumed as it is, but the package says that the cup of rice also goes well!

Some of the pieces are pretty big, enough to feel the crunchiness!
