Okayama prefecture is in Chugoku region, the capital is Okayama city (岡山). The prefecture is known to Japanese people for a famous Japanese fairy tale called Momotaro (桃太郎).
Thanks to the warm temperature along the coast side and rich water resources, the prefecture produces the biggest amount of peach and grapes in Japan. There is also a mountain range, which becomes the border between Tottori prefecture, has a lot of dairy farms.
